How to Make It
Step 1 — Build the Flavor
Add cider, allspice berries, cinnamon stick, cloves (and vanilla if using) to a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 3–5 minutes to deepen the spices.
Step 2 — Cool + Freeze
Let the cider cool completely.
Pour into ice cube trays — festive leaf molds or any tray you have.
Freeze until solid.
Pro tip: store cubes in a sealed container or Ziplock so they’re ready all season long.
Step 3 — Assemble the Drink
Drop 2 cider cubes into a glass
Top with ½–¾ cup ginger beer or cranberry bubbly — you choose
Add ice if desired
Stir with a cinnamon stick
Sip slowly. Smile. Repeat. ✨
