Coffee, chocolate, and Irish cream bring together the complete combination for a delicious holiday truffle. It’s the perfect trifecta!

Ingredients:

-3 cups finely crushed graham crackers (2.5 sleeves)

-3/4 cup powdered sugar

-¼ cup Dutch processed dark cocoa powder

-1 ½ finely chopped semi sweet. Or milk chocolate if you prefer.

-1 generous tsp of Vanilla extract

-3 tbsp of honey

-1/3 cup Bailey’s Irish cream liqueur or make homemade Irish cream its easy!

-3 Tbsp of brewed coffee

-Favorite nuts for rolling (optional)

 

Instructions: 

  • In a large bowl combine graham crackers, powdered sugar, cocoa, and chocolate.
  • Stir in the vanilla, honey, Irish cream, and coffee until the dough comes together.
  • Shape the balls into 1 inch balls and rolls in your favorite finely crushed nuts
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days to develop more flavor. Then, enjoy and share!
