Whenever we need to make a special breakfast, we always turn to this homemade cinnamon roll recipe. First Day of School breakfast, Christmas morning, birthdays, you name it!

This particular cinnamon roll recipe is a step above the rest. With a special touch of our Madagascar vanilla bean caviar in the cream cheese frosting and an easy-to-follow method, you can make the best cinnamon rolls EVER, in the comfort of your own home!


For the Rolls

  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • ¼ cup warm water
  • 1 cups milk scalded and cooled to lukewarm
  • ¼ cup plus 1/2 teaspoon sugar separated
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter melted, plus additional for brushing
  • 4-4 ½ cups flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

For the Filling

  • 6 tablespoons butter melted
  • ¾ cups sugar
  • 2 ½ tablespoons cinnamon

For the Topping

  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  •  teaspoons cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
