Hi Ginnie! On the whole, we honestly haven’t had much success using flavored spirits when extracting, the end results just haven’t been great. You could certainly try though if you have some in stock! You do need to make sure that the alcohol is a minimum of 35% though, so adding some regular Jameson would be an option. Let us know if we can help any further :-)

This might sound like a stupid question but I was wondering if I could experiment with using Jameson Orange (Irish Whiskey) to as the alcohol and use Santani Indonesian beans? I guess where I am unsure about trying it is because it is 30%alc/vol 60proof. Can I add some regular Jameson that is 80proof to make it work?
