Shipping policy

Free US shipping on all orders over $99. $19 flat rate shipping to Canada on all order over $199USD. 

VanillaPura products are priced based on shipping lead times. Most products have both a "Retail" and "Group Buy" option that you can choose. Products marked "Retail" ship in 2-5 business days, just as you would expect any product to ship from any online store. We do not split orders, so if your order contains any products marked "Group Buy" it will not ship until the "Group Buy" product in your order is ready to ship. 

Products marked "Group Buy" have longer lead times - generally 4-8 weeks before they ship. Group Buy products are bundled with other customer orders for increased savings. The larger the order we can place with our suppliers, the lower the price of the product and we pass that savings on to you. 

Long term group buys are typically our lowest priced products. For those of you that don't mind waiting sometimes over 90-days, you can save significantly by participating in long-term group buys. The month that long-term group buys ship is included in the product title and/or product variant. For example, you may purchase a "90-Day Madagascar Group Buy" vanilla order with a month (i.e. February) listed in the title or variant. That product will not ship until the end of February. (Or the end of whatever month is listed.)  

We also offer several specials for holidays and seasons. For example, we offer Christmas vanilla bean blends, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, 4th of July, Halloween blends and many more. (Nearly 30 seasonal blends a year.) If you order contains any holiday or seasonal blends, your entire order will not ship until the holiday or month listed in the title or variant of that item. For example, a Halloween blend will ship just before Halloween.

In summary, if you want your order to ship fast, make sure that 100% of the items in your order are labeled as "Retail" items. Retail orders usually ship in 2-5 business days.

If you want to save money and don't mind waiting, then take advantage of our low priced group buys and seasonal blend offers. Your entire order will ship when the latest item in your order is ready to ship. For example, if you order a Thanksgiving Blend and you also ordered a 90-day January Madagascar group buy in the same order, your entire order (including the Thanksgiving Blend) will not ship until January. So you may choose to divide your order into 2 separate orders to ensure that your Thanksgiving blend arrives by Thanksgiving.
