Vanilla Origins: This pouch includes V. planifolia beans from  Sumatra Indonesia and Madagascar and V. tahitensis vanilla beans from Sentani region of Indonesia. 
Sumatra Taste: Rich vanilla, mocha, cacao, soft notes of dried fruit.
Madagascar Taste: Buttery, creamy and traditional rich vanilla
Sentani Taste: Subtle, sweet, floral, blackberry
