Blended with natural spices to enhance its flavor, spiced rum was made for holiday vanilla extract. Add a few drops to your eggnog, use it for pumpkin spice...anything and it will deliver a sweet, holiday spice vanilla extract flavor that is like no other. Not every vanilla bean works - so we have assembled our recommended vanilla bean pairings below. It sometimes takes a little longer for a spiced rum extract to be ready. Plan for 18 months, but taste test at 12 months.
