We are excited to introduce our most elegant extract jar yet. The name of this jar is The Avera, named after the small, coastal village in French Polynesia on the island of Raiatea. Vanilla beans from French Polynesia are an experience unto themselves, and so it seemed a perfect place to draw inspiration for a new extract jar.
The picture above is the view of the town of Avera at sunset. It's hard to imagine a more beautiful place the in the world. The mountain shape coming up from the bottom of the bottle reminds of the Tahiti peaks in the distance.
The picture below is a waterfall just outside of Avera, and that waterfall is the inspiration behind this jar. The shape of the clearing of foliage around the upper portion of the waterfall is similar to the shape of the jar. And the clear water is reminiscent of the clear glass, all the way to the glass lid that tops this beautiful piece of art.

For the 500ml, simply add your favorite spirit and 2oz of vanilla beans for single fold, or 4oz of vanilla beans for double fold.
For the 250ml, simply add your favorite spirit and 1oz of vanilla beans for single fold, or 2oz of vanilla beans for double fold.
