Feel like it's time to start eating a little cleaner and healthier? Don’t put that vanilla aside!  This homemade vinaigrette is the perfect vanilla boost to add to your favorite fresh salad.

Ingredients

1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons VanillaPura Tongan/Pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon orange zest
pepper to taste 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a jar with a lid. Shake well.
Store in fridge until ready to use.*
Pour dressing over salad to lightly coat greens. 
*If refrigerated for several hours, or overnight, let it stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.
