South American Map

Welcome to South America, where many claim that the story of vanilla really began. Home to dozens of species of vanilla beans a cacao, we are thrilled to bring three of those vanilla bean species to you within this bundle. The broad expanse of land, climate and unique soil conditions across all of South America result in an equally diverse vanilla and cacao offering. This bundle comes from three countries: Puru, Ecuador and Brazil.

VanillaPura vanilla beans are all shipped vacuum sealed for freshness and should be stored unrefrigerated in a cool, dry and dark place.

When extracted using VanillaPura's techniques with aged spirits, South American Vanilla beans and Cacao are sure to enhance any culinary creation.

On average, there are 5-8 beans/oz depending on the moisture content of the specific batch of vanilla beans. Sometimes with the huge V.pompona Peruvian vanilla beans there can be as few as 1-2 beans. With the smaller V. tahitensis beans of Ecuador, there can be as many as 15 beans. Pricing reflects current market conditions and will be updated as market prices change.
