I am officially a VanillaPura snob now! I recently ordered the VanillaPura Madagascar Vanilla Beans (Grade A), and the difference between these and store-bought is night and day. As soon as I opened the vacuum-sealed package, the heavenly, buttery aroma filled my entire kitchen.
The beans themselves are plump, moist, and incredibly oily, which made them ideal for my first batch of homemade extract.

The Lindi beans are so fragrant, and strong. This is one of my favorite beans to use for extracting. I love the extract made with this bean, it really enhances the flavors in my recipes for baking. I highly recommend making an extract with the Lindi, you won't be sorry.
