Traditional Spanish Flan is a must-try. It's not too hard once you get the hang of it, and the taste is totally unique. It's fantastic with Mexican and Indonesian VanillaPura extract!
Chocolate Mousse Cannolis are so fun to eat. Flaky, light and so good. Great with a darker, smokey toned vanilla extract like Mexican, Indonesian or Tongan.
Lemon Meringue Tarts are a perfect dessert for Tahitian and Tongan vanilla extract. A little more complicated and difficult to make, but one of my favorite uses of lemon. Be bold, give it a try and let me know how it goes!
